कुबेरेण च संगम्य कूष्मांडानां पतिः स्वयम् । वरुणेन समं युद्धं मुंडश्चैव महाबलः
kubereṇa ca saṃgamya kūṣmāṃḍānāṃ patiḥ svayam | varuṇena samaṃ yuddhaṃ muṃḍaścaiva mahābalaḥ
കുബേരനോടു ചേർന്ന് കൂഷ്മാണ്ഡങ്ങളുടെ അധിപൻ സ്വയം മുന്നേറി; മഹാബലനായ മുണ്ഡൻ വരുണനോടു തുല്യസമരത്തിൽ യുദ്ധം ചെയ്തു.
