प्रहस्य गौरी प्रोवाच शंकरं त्वतिसुंदरी । हारितं च पणं देहि मम चाद्यैव शंकर
prahasya gaurī provāca śaṃkaraṃ tvatisuṃdarī | hāritaṃ ca paṇaṃ dehi mama cādyaiva śaṃkara
അതിസുന്ദരിയായ ഗൗരി പുഞ്ചിരിച്ച് ശങ്കരനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ ശങ്കരാ, നീ തോറ്റ പണം ഇന്നുതന്നെ എനിക്കു തരിക.”
