पद्मासने चोपविष्टो महेशो योगवित्तमः । केवलं चात्मनात्मानं दध्यौ मीलितलोचनः
padmāsane copaviṣṭo maheśo yogavittamaḥ | kevalaṃ cātmanātmānaṃ dadhyau mīlitalocanaḥ
പദ്മാസനത്തിൽ ഉപവിഷ്ടനായ യോഗവിദ്യയിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ മഹേശൻ കണ്ണുകൾ അടച്ച്, ആത്മാവാൽ ആത്മാവിനെ മാത്രം ധ്യാനിച്ചു।
