विन्ध्यावलिरुवाच । कस्माद्बद्धो मम पतिर्गरुडेन महात्मना । तत्कथ्यतां महाभाग त्वरन्नेव जनार्द्दन । तदोवाच महातेजा बटुवेषधरो हिः
vindhyāvaliruvāca | kasmādbaddho mama patirgaruḍena mahātmanā | tatkathyatāṃ mahābhāga tvaranneva janārddana | tadovāca mahātejā baṭuveṣadharo hiḥ
വിന്ധ്യാവലി പറഞ്ഞു— “മഹാത്മാവായ ഗരുഡൻ എന്റെ ഭർത്താവിനെ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ബന്ധിച്ചു? ഹേ മഹാഭാഗ ജനാർദ്ദന, വേഗം പറയുക.” അപ്പോൾ ബടുവേഷധാരിയായ മഹാതേജസ്സുള്ള ഹരി മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു।
