Devas (speaking to Dadhīci)
Tirtha: Kedāra-kṣetra (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Implied audience of the Purāṇa (often sages in frame-story)
Scene: A circle of radiant devas bow with folded hands before the austere sage Dadhīci in a Himalayan hermitage; their faces show urgency and reverence as they praise him as the famed giver of the three worlds.
Dāna (generosity) becomes a cosmic reputation; even devas honor and approach the truly giving sage with reverence.
The rishi’s presence in the Kedārakhaṇḍa hermitage is treated as a sacred destination worthy of divine pilgrimage.
No formal ritual is prescribed; the virtue highlighted is dāna as a pillar of purāṇic dharma.
