विष्णुना च तदा दैत्याश्चक्रेण शकलीकृताः । हतांस्तानसुरान्दृष्ट्वा कालनेमिः प्रतापवान्
viṣṇunā ca tadā daityāścakreṇa śakalīkṛtāḥ | hatāṃstānasurāndṛṣṭvā kālanemiḥ pratāpavān
അപ്പോൾ വിഷ്ണു തന്റെ ചക്രംകൊണ്ട് ദൈത്യരെ തുണ്ടുതുണ്ടാക്കി. ആ അസുരന്മാർ ഹതരായതു കണ്ടു പ്രതാപശാലിയായ കാലനേമി അത് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു.
