वयं त्वां नैव जानीमस्त्वं चास्माञ्जन्मकालतः । अत्र वासश्च ते पुत्र भैमेः कृष्णाच्च संश्रुतः
vayaṃ tvāṃ naiva jānīmastvaṃ cāsmāñjanmakālataḥ | atra vāsaśca te putra bhaimeḥ kṛṣṇācca saṃśrutaḥ
ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ ഒട്ടും തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞില്ല; നീയും ജന്മകാലം മുതൽ ഞങ്ങളെ അറിയുന്നില്ല. എന്നാൽ മകനേ, ഇവിടെ നിന്റെ വാസം ഭീമന്റെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും കൃഷ്ണാ (ദ്രൗപദി)യാലും വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
