क्षम्यतां क्षम्यतां चेति पुनः पुनरवोचत । शिरश्च ताडयन्स्वीयं रुरोद च मुहुर्मुहुः
kṣamyatāṃ kṣamyatāṃ ceti punaḥ punaravocata | śiraśca tāḍayansvīyaṃ ruroda ca muhurmuhuḥ
അവൻ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും “ക്ഷമിക്കണം, ക്ഷമിക്കണം” എന്നു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; സ്വന്തം തല അടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അവൻ ആവർത്തിച്ച് കരഞ്ഞു.
