पितरि प्रीतिमापन्ने सर्वाः प्रीणंति देवताः । आशिषस्ता भजंत्येनं पुरुषं प्राह याः पिता
pitari prītimāpanne sarvāḥ prīṇaṃti devatāḥ | āśiṣastā bhajaṃtyenaṃ puruṣaṃ prāha yāḥ pitā
പിതാവ് പ്രസന്നനായാൽ എല്ലാ ദേവതകളും പ്രസന്നരാകും. പിതാവ് ഉച്ചരിച്ച ആശീർവാദങ്ങൾ ആ പുരുഷനെ സമീപിച്ച് അവനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു।
