तं गतुकाममाहेदमभिनंद्य जनार्दनः । कथाकथनकाले मां स्मरेथास्त्वं जयावहम्

taṃ gatukāmamāhedamabhinaṃdya janārdanaḥ | kathākathanakāle māṃ smarethāstvaṃ jayāvaham

അവൻ പോകാൻ ഉത്സുകനാണെന്ന് കണ്ട ജനാർദനൻ അഭിനന്ദിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞു—“കഥ പറയുന്ന സമയത്ത് ജയദായകനായ എന്നെ സ്മരിക്ക.”
