ഈ സ്തംഭം മൂലം ഈ മഹാതീർത്ഥം ഇനി അപ്രസിദ്ധമായിരിക്കുകയില്ല. ‘സ്തംഭതീർത്ഥം’ എന്ന പേരിൽ അതി പ്രസിദ്ധമാകും.
