भवन्त्येतानि सर्वाणि लुब्धानामकृतात्मनाम् । सुमहां त्यपि सास्त्राणि धारयंति बहुश्रुताः
bhavantyetāni sarvāṇi lubdhānāmakṛtātmanām | sumahāṃ tyapi sāstrāṇi dhārayaṃti bahuśrutāḥ
ലോഭികളായും ആത്മസംയമമില്ലാത്തവരുമായവരിൽ ഈ എല്ലാ ദോഷങ്ങളും ഉദ്ഭവിക്കുന്നു. അനേകം ശാസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ ശ്രവിച്ച് മഹത്തായ ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങൾ ധരിക്കുന്നവരും ഇതിലേക്കുതന്നെ വീഴുന്നു.
