sāttvikāḥ sarvadā sevyāḥ saṃsāravijigīṣubhiḥ | guṇatrayasya vakṣyāmi saṃkṣepāllakṣaṇaṃ tava

Translation

സംസാരത്തെ ജയിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ എപ്പോഴും സാത്ത്വിക ഭാവങ്ങളെയേ സേവിക്കണം. ഇനി ഞാൻ നിനക്കു ത്രിഗുണങ്ങളുടെ ലക്ഷണം സംക്ഷേപമായി പറയുന്നു.
