yasmājjālikavajjālaṃ lokebhyo'haṃ kṣipāmi ca | tattvajñā māṃ tataḥ prāhurdharmajālika ityuta

വലവീശുന്നവനെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ ജനങ്ങളിലേക്കു വല എറിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ, തത്ത്വജ്ഞർ എന്നെ ‘ധർമ്മജാലികൻ’—ധർമ്മത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ വല നെയ്യുന്നവൻ—എന്നു വിളിച്ചു.
