परिक्रम्य शनैर्जह्याल्लोहपिंडं ततः क्षितौ । विपत्रहस्तं तं पश्चात्कारयेद्व्रीहिमर्दनम्
parikramya śanairjahyāllohapiṃḍaṃ tataḥ kṣitau | vipatrahastaṃ taṃ paścātkārayedvrīhimardanam
മന്ദമായി പരിക്രമിച്ച് ശേഷം ഇരുമ്പുകട്ട ഭൂമിയിൽ ഇടണം. തുടർന്ന് ഇലകളിൽ നിന്നു മോചിതമായ കൈകളോടെ അവനെ അരിമണികളെ മർദ്ദനം (ഒരയ്ക്കൽ/തേച്ചൽ) ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കണം।
