इष्टिकाभस्मपाषाणकपालास्थीनि वर्जयेत् । तोलयित्वा ततः पूर्वं तस्मात्तमवतारयेत्

iṣṭikābhasmapāṣāṇakapālāsthīni varjayet | tolayitvā tataḥ pūrvaṃ tasmāttamavatārayet

ഇഷ്ടിക, ഭസ്മം, കല്ല്, കലശച്ചില്ലുകൾ, അസ്ഥികൾ—ഇവയെ (പ്രതിഭാരമായി) ഒഴിവാക്കണം. ആദ്യം വിധിപൂർവ്വം തൂക്കി, പിന്നെ അവനെ തുലയിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കണം.
