म्रियते पश्यतामेव गले घुर्घुररावकृत् । जीवस्तृणजलूकेव देहाद्देहं विशेत्क्रमात्
mriyate paśyatāmeva gale ghurghurarāvakṛt | jīvastṛṇajalūkeva dehāddehaṃ viśetkramāt
ആളുകൾ നോക്കിനിൽക്കേ തന്നെ കഴുത്തിൽ ഘുര്ഘുര ശബ്ദം ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവൻ മരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ജീവൻ തൃണത്തിലെ ജലൂകപോലെ, ക്രമമായി ദേഹത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ദേഹത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കുന്നു।
