ग्रामं वनं गवावासं यश्च क्रोधेन दीपयेत् । इति घोराणि पापानि सुरापानसमानि च

grāmaṃ vanaṃ gavāvāsaṃ yaśca krodhena dīpayet | iti ghorāṇi pāpāni surāpānasamāni ca

ക്രോധത്താൽ ആരെങ്കിലും ഗ്രാമത്തെയോ വനത്തെയോ ഗോശാലയെയോ തീകൊളുത്തി കത്തിച്ചാൽ—ഇവ ഘോരപാപങ്ങളാണ്; മദ്യപാനത്തോട് സമമാണെന്നും പറയപ്പെടുന്നു.
