एवं स्तुतो महादेवो लिंगान्निःसृत्य भारत । त्रिजगद्द्योतयन्मभासा प्रत्यक्षः प्राह च द्विजम्
evaṃ stuto mahādevo liṃgānniḥsṛtya bhārata | trijagaddyotayanmabhāsā pratyakṣaḥ prāha ca dvijam
ഹേ ഭാരതാ! ഇങ്ങനെ സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെട്ട മഹാദേവൻ ലിംഗത്തിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു. ത്രിലോകത്തെയും പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മഹാപ്രഭയോടെ അദ്ദേഹം പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി ദ്വിജനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
