पातालस्य तलं निन्ये तत्र शिश्ये स काष्ठवत् । ततश्चक्रेण दैत्यानां निहता दशकोट्यः
pātālasya talaṃ ninye tatra śiśye sa kāṣṭhavat | tataścakreṇa daityānāṃ nihatā daśakoṭyaḥ
അവനെ പാതാളത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തട്ടിലേക്കു തള്ളിവിട്ടു; അവിടെ അവൻ മരക്കട്ടിപോലെ നിശ്ചലമായി കിടന്നു. പിന്നെ ചക്രംകൊണ്ട് ദൈത്യരുടെ പത്തു കോടി സംഹരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
