श्रुत्वा स क्लिन्नसर्वांगो द्वाःस्थं राजा वचोऽब्रवीत् । अमात्यान्द्रष्टुमिच्छामि शीघ्रमानय मा चिरम्
śrutvā sa klinnasarvāṃgo dvāḥsthaṃ rājā vaco'bravīt | amātyāndraṣṭumicchāmi śīghramānaya mā ciram
ഇത് കേട്ട് രാജാവ് വ്യാകുലതകൊണ്ട് സർവ്വാംഗവും നനഞ്ഞു. അവൻ ദ്വാരപാലകനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—“എനിക്ക് മന്ത്രിമാരെ കാണണം; വേഗം കൊണ്ടുവരിക, വൈകിക്കരുത്।”
