śrutvā vāyumukhāddevī krodharaktātilocanā | apasyadvīrakaṃ putraṃ hṛdayena vidūyatā

Translation

വായുവിന്റെ വായിൽ നിന്നു വാർത്ത കേട്ട് ദേവിയുടെ കണ്ണുകൾ ക്രോധത്തിൽ ചുവന്നു; ഹൃദയം കത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അവൾ തന്റെ പുത്രൻ വീരകനെ കണ്ടു.
