निराहारा ततस्तापं प्रापुस्तत्तपसो जनाः । ततो जगत्समालोक्य तदीयतपसोर्जितम्

nirāhārā tatastāpaṃ prāpustattapaso janāḥ | tato jagatsamālokya tadīyatapasorjitam

അപ്പോൾ അവൾ പൂർണ്ണമായി നിരാഹാരിണിയായി; അവളുടെ തപസ്സിന്റെ തേജസ്സാൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ദഹിച്ചപോലെ പീഡിതരായി. തുടർന്ന് ലോകം അവളുടെ തപോബലപ്രഭാവത്തിൽ ആകുലമായത് കണ്ടു—
