ब्राह्मणाश्च कृतस्थाना नानाधर्मोपदेशनैः । समुद्धरंति वर्णांस्त्रींस्ततः पूज्यतमा द्विजाः

brāhmaṇāśca kṛtasthānā nānādharmopadeśanaiḥ | samuddharaṃti varṇāṃstrīṃstataḥ pūjyatamā dvijāḥ

ബ്രാഹ്മണർ യഥാവിധി സ്ഥാപിതരായി, നാനാവിധ ധർമ്മോപദേശങ്ങളാൽ മൂന്നു വർണങ്ങളെ ഉയർത്തുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ട് ദ്വിജർ ഏറ്റവും പൂജ്യരെന്നു കരുതപ്പെടുന്നു.
