അതിനിടയിൽ പാശധാരിയായ ദേവൻ വരുണൻ എത്തി, തന്റെ പാശംകൊണ്ട് ദാനവേന്ദ്രന്റെ ഇരുകൈകളും വേഗത്തിൽ ബന്ധിച്ചു.
