नारद उवाच । तारकस्य वचः श्रुत्वा ग्रसनोनाम दानवः । सेनानीर्दैत्यराजस्य तथा चक्रेऽविलंबितम्
nārada uvāca | tārakasya vacaḥ śrutvā grasanonāma dānavaḥ | senānīrdaityarājasya tathā cakre'vilaṃbitam
നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—താരകന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ടപ്പോൾ, ദൈത്യരാജന്റെ സേനാനായകനായ ‘ഗ്രസന’ എന്ന ദാനവൻ, ഒരു വൈകലുമില്ലാതെ അതുപോലെ തന്നെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു.
