क्षमया च महाभागा क्रोधमण्वपि नाकरोत् । ततो गोमायुरूपेण तमदूषयदाश्रमम्

kṣamayā ca mahābhāgā krodhamaṇvapi nākarot | tato gomāyurūpeṇa tamadūṣayadāśramam

ആ മഹതി ക്ഷമാശീലം കാരണം അല്പം പോലും കോപിച്ചില്ല. അപ്പോൾ അവൻ കുറുക്കന്റെ രൂപത്തിൽ ആ ആശ്രമത്തെ മലിനമാക്കി.
