mārkaṃḍeyādibhiḥ prāpya kīrtyuddhāraṃca sattama | nāyaṃ kāmayate svargaṃ punaḥpātādibhīṣaṇam

Translation

ഹേ സത്തമാ! മാർക്കണ്ഡേയാദികളെ സമീപിച്ച് കീര്ത്തിയുടെ പുനഃസ്ഥാപനം നേടിയിട്ടും, വീണ്ടും പതനഭയം ഉള്ളതിനാൽ ഭീതിജനകമായ സ്വർഗ്ഗം അവൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല.
