अहो श्रृणुध्वं नो चेद्वः शुश्रूषा जायते शुभा । तथापि बाहुमुद्धृत्य रोरूयामः श्रृणोति कः
aho śrṛṇudhvaṃ no cedvaḥ śuśrūṣā jāyate śubhā | tathāpi bāhumuddhṛtya rorūyāmaḥ śrṛṇoti kaḥ
അഹോ, കേൾക്കുവിൻ! നിങ്ങളിൽ ഞങ്ങളുടെ വാക്കുകൾ ശ്രവിക്കാനുള്ള ശുഭശ്രദ്ധ ഉദിക്കാതിരുന്നാലും, ഞങ്ങൾ കൈകൾ ഉയർത്തി ഉച്ചത്തിൽ കരഞ്ഞു വിളിക്കും; എന്നാൽ ആരാണ് കേൾക്കുക?
