दीप्यमानशिखा विप्रा दिव्यरूपा मनोरमा । तदद्भुतं महद्दृष्ट्वा कुंतीपुत्रो धनंजयः
dīpyamānaśikhā viprā divyarūpā manoramā | tadadbhutaṃ mahaddṛṣṭvā kuṃtīputro dhanaṃjayaḥ
ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന ശിഖപോലെ ദീപ്തിയുള്ള, ദിവ്യരൂപിണിയും മനോഹരിയുമായ ആ വിപ്രയെ കണ്ടു, ആ മഹാദ്ഭുതം ദർശിച്ച കുന്തീപുത്രൻ ധനഞ്ജയൻ വിസ്മയിച്ചു।
