तमादायैव कौतेयो विस्फुरंतं जलेचरम् । उदतिष्ठन्महाबाहुर्बलेन बलिनां वरः

tamādāyaiva kauteyo visphuraṃtaṃ jalecaram | udatiṣṭhanmahābāhurbalena balināṃ varaḥ

ജലത്തിൽ കിതച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ആ ജലചരത്തെ എടുത്തുയർത്തി കുന്തീപുത്രൻ മഹാബാഹു, ബലവാന്മാരിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ, തന്റെ ബലത്താൽ ഉയർന്നു നിന്നു।
