हितैरमात्यैरथ सा विज्ञप्तारिष्टसंस्थिता । देवि राजार्थिनी चेत्त्वं त्यज दुष्टर्क्षजं सुतम्
hitairamātyairatha sā vijñaptāriṣṭasaṃsthitā | devi rājārthinī cettvaṃ tyaja duṣṭarkṣajaṃ sutam
അപ്പോൾ നന്മകാംക്ഷികളായ മന്ത്രിമാർ, അപശകുനഭീതിയിൽ ആയിരുന്ന രാജ്ഞിയോട് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു—“ദേവി, രാജാവിന്റെയും രാജ്യത്തിന്റെയും ക്ഷേമം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, ദുഷ്ട നക്ഷത്രത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച ഈ പുത്രനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കണം.”
