caraṇau vicaretāṃyau viśvabhartṛ purī bhuvi | tāveva śravaṇau śrotuṃ saṃvidā te bahuśrutau

Translation

ഭൂമിയിൽ വിശ്വഭർത്താവിന്റെ പുരിയിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കാൻ യോഗ്യമായത് ആ പാദങ്ങളേ. കൂടാതെ ബോധത്തോടെ കേൾക്കുന്ന ചെവികളേ ശ്രവണയോഗ്യം—അവരാണ് സത്യത്തിൽ ബഹുശ്രുതർ.
