तदुक्षणात्क्षणादेव तन्मूर्छा विरराम ह । सुप्तोत्थितेव सावादीन्मुहुः शिवशिवेति च
tadukṣaṇātkṣaṇādeva tanmūrchā virarāma ha | suptotthiteva sāvādīnmuhuḥ śivaśiveti ca
ആ ജലം തളിച്ച ഉടനെ തന്നെ അവളുടെ മൂർച്ച അക്ഷണത്തിൽ മാറി. ഉറക്കത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഉണർന്നവളെപ്പോലെ അവൾ സംസാരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി, വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും “ശിവ! ശിവ!” എന്നു ഉച്ചരിച്ചു.

Scene: A devotee woman, moments after being sprinkled with sacred foot-water, rises as if from sleep; her eyes open wide, hands in añjali, lips repeating “Śiva, Śiva,” while attendants look on in astonishment within a Kāśī shrine setting.
