vṛddhasyavārdhakaṃ bradhnastatkṣaṇādapahṛtya vai | dadau ca cārutā hetuṃ tāruṇyaṃ puṇyasādhanam

ബ്രധ്നൻ ആ വൃദ്ധന്റെ വാർദ്ധക്യജന്യ ദൗർബല്യം ക്ഷണത്തിൽ തന്നെ നീക്കി, പുണ്യസാധനത്തിന് കാരണമാകുന്ന യൗവനവും സൗന്ദര്യവും ദാനം ചെയ്തു।
