न तिथिं नैव वारं च संक्रात्यादि न पर्व च । नाधर्मं न च धर्मं च विदंत्येते सदा सुखाः
na tithiṃ naiva vāraṃ ca saṃkrātyādi na parva ca | nādharmaṃ na ca dharmaṃ ca vidaṃtyete sadā sukhāḥ
അവർ തിഥിയെയും വാരത്തെയും കണക്കാക്കുന്നില്ല; സംക്രാന്തി മുതലായ പർവ്വങ്ങളും ആചരിക്കുന്നില്ല. അധർമ്മം-ധർമ്മം എന്ന ഭേദവും അറിയില്ല; എങ്കിലും അവർ എപ്പോഴും സുഖത്തിലാണ്.
