लोपामुद्रोवाच । किंचिद्विज्ञप्तुमिच्छामि यद्याज्ञा स्वामिनो भवेत् । ब्रूते हि याऽनुज्ञाता पत्या सा पतिता भवेत्

ലോപാമുദ്ര പറഞ്ഞു—സ്വാമിയുടെ അനുവാദമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ അല്പം അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അനുമതിയില്ലാതെ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഭാര്യ ദോഷഭാഗിനിയാകുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നു।
