उच्चरेदृग्यजुःसाम्नामृचमेकामपीह यः । गायत्रीमात्रमंत्रोपि स विज्ञेयो द्विजस्त्वया
uccaredṛgyajuḥsāmnāmṛcamekāmapīha yaḥ | gāyatrīmātramaṃtropi sa vijñeyo dvijastvayā
ഇവിടെ ഋഗ്, യജുസ്, സാമം എന്നിവയിൽ നിന്നൊരു ഋചയെങ്കിലും ഉച്ചരിക്കുന്നവൻ—അഥവാ ഗായത്രീമന്ത്രം മാത്രം ആയാലും—അവനെ നീ ദ്വിജനെന്നു ഗ്രഹിക്കണം।
