adhīte guruṇā hūtaḥ prāptaṃ tasmai nivedayet | karmaṇā manasā vācā hitaṃ tasyācaretsadā

അധ്യയനത്തിനിടെ ഗുരു വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭിച്ചതെല്ലാം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് സമർപ്പിക്കണം; കർമം, മനസ്സ്, വാക്ക് എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് എപ്പോഴും ഗുരുവിന്റെ ഹിതം തന്നെ ആചരിക്കണം।
