अंगुलीभिस्त्रिभिः पश्चात्पुनरास्यं स्पृशेत्सुधीः । तर्जन्यंगुष्ठकोट्या च घ्राणरंध्रे पुनः पुनः

aṃgulībhistribhiḥ paścātpunarāsyaṃ spṛśetsudhīḥ | tarjanyaṃguṣṭhakoṭyā ca ghrāṇaraṃdhre punaḥ punaḥ

അതിന് ശേഷം ബുദ്ധിമാൻ മൂന്നു വിരലുകളാൽ വീണ്ടും വായ് സ്പർശിക്കണം; കൂടാതെ ചൂണ്ടുവിരലിന്റെയും അങ്കുഷ്ഠത്തിന്റെയും അഗ്രങ്ങളാൽ നാസാരന്ധ്രങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും സ്പർശിക്കണം.
