Transliteration

guhye dadyānmṛdaṃ caikāṃ pāyau paṃcāṃbusāṃ tarāḥ | daśa vāmakare cāpi sapta pāṇidvaye mṛdaḥ

Translation

ഗുഹ്യഭാഗത്ത് ഒരിക്കൽ മണ്ണ് പുരട്ടണം; ഗുദത്തിൽ വെള്ളത്തോടുകൂടി അഞ്ചു പ്രാവശ്യം. തുടർന്ന് ഇടങ്കൈയിൽ പത്ത് പ്രാവശ്യം, ഇരുകൈകളിലും ഏഴ് പ്രാവശ്യം മണ്ണ് പുരട്ടണം.
