अगस्त्य उवाच । बर्हियान समाचक्ष्व हरिकेशसमुद्भवम् । कोसौ कस्य सुतः श्रीमान्कीदृगस्य तपो महत्
agastya uvāca | barhiyāna samācakṣva harikeśasamudbhavam | kosau kasya sutaḥ śrīmānkīdṛgasya tapo mahat
അഗസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ബർഹിയാനാ! ഹരികേശനിൽ നിന്ന് ഉദ്ഭവിച്ച ആ വ്യക്തിയെ വിവരിക്കൂ. ആ ശ്രിമാൻ ആരാണ്, ആരുടെ പുത്രൻ, അവന്റെ മഹത്തായ തപസ്സ് എങ്ങനെയുള്ളത്?
