tataḥ prasanno bhagavānviśveśo viśvabhāvanaḥ | āvirbhūya tato liṃgānmahasāṃ rāśirabravīt

അപ്പോൾ വിശ്വേശ്വരനായ, വിശ്വത്തെ പോഷിക്കുന്ന ഭഗവാൻ പ്രസന്നനായി. ആ ലിംഗത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മഹാതേജസ്സിന്റെ കൂമ്പാരമായി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു അദ്ദേഹം വചനം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു।
