dvairūpyeṇāpi kurvaṃtaṃ sthāvareṇa careṇa ca | sābhikhyena yathārthākhyāmuccairvasu matīmimām

Translation

അദ്ദേഹം ഈ ഭൂമിയെ കണ്ടു—സ്ഥാവരവും ചരവും എന്ന ഇരുരൂപത്താൽ നിർമ്മിതമായതുപോലെ; പ്രസിദ്ധനാമത്തിന് യഥാർത്ഥമായി അത് ‘വസുമതി’—സമ്പന്ന ഭൂമി—യായി ദീപ്തമായി ശോഭിച്ചു।
