nīrājitamivoddīpairājacaṃpakakorakaiḥ | sapuṣpaśālmalībhiśca jitapadmākaraśriyam

Translation

രാജചമ്പകത്തിന്റെ ജ്വലിക്കുന്ന മുകുളങ്ങൾ ദീപങ്ങളായി, അതിന് നീരാജനാരതി നടക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നി. പുഷ്പിത ശാൽമലീ വൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ അതിന് അത്തരം ശോഭ നൽകി; പദ്മസരോവരങ്ങളുടെ ശ്രീയും അതിനു മുന്നിൽ മങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
