ब्राह्मणो ब्रह्मतीर्थेन दृष्टिपूताभिराचमेत् । कण्ठगाभिर्नृपः शुध्येत्तालुगाभिस्तथोरुजः
brāhmaṇo brahmatīrthena dṛṣṭipūtābhirācamet | kaṇṭhagābhirnṛpaḥ śudhyettālugābhistathorujaḥ
ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ബ്രഹ്മതീർത്ഥം കൊണ്ടും ദൃഷ്ടികൊണ്ട് ശുദ്ധമാക്കിയ ജലം കൊണ്ടും ആചമനം ചെയ്യണം. ക്ഷത്രിയൻ തൊണ്ടവരെയും വൈശ്യൻ അണ്ണാക്കുവരെയും ജലം എത്തുമ്പോൾ ശുദ്ധനാകുന്നു.
