यत्किंचित्कुरुते पापं लब्धुं स्थलमथापि वा । शुष्कार्द्रं वसते चान्ने तस्मादन्नं परि त्यजेत्

Transliteration

yatkiṃcitkurute pāpaṃ labdhuṃ sthalamathāpi vā | śuṣkārdraṃ vasate cānne tasmādannaṃ pari tyajet

Translation

ആരെങ്കിലും സ്ഥാനമോ പദവിയോ നേടാൻ പാപം ചെയ്ത്, ഉണക്കവും നനവും ആയ അന്നത്തിൽ ജീവിച്ചാലും, അവനിൽ നിന്ന് അന്നം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത് പൂർണ്ണമായി ഉപേക്ഷിക്കണം।
