शिव उवाच । साधु प्रोक्तं त्वया युक्तमेकांशेनात्र मे स्थितिः । न मया त्यजितं साधु स्थानं तव सुनिर्मलम्
śiva uvāca | sādhu proktaṃ tvayā yuktamekāṃśenātra me sthitiḥ | na mayā tyajitaṃ sādhu sthānaṃ tava sunirmalam
ശിവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—നീ നല്ലതും യുക്തിയുക്തവുമായ വാക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇവിടെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഒരു അംശത്തോടുകൂടെ നിലകൊള്ളും. ഹേ সাধു, നിന്റെ അത്യന്തം നിർമ്മലമായ സ്ഥാനത്തെ ഞാൻ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടില്ല।
