यमोऽहं सर्वभूतानां दुष्टानां कर्मकारिणाम् । धर्म रूपो हि सर्वेषां मनुजानां जितात्मनाम्
yamo'haṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ duṣṭānāṃ karmakāriṇām | dharma rūpo hi sarveṣāṃ manujānāṃ jitātmanām
ഞാൻ സകലഭൂതങ്ങൾക്കും—ദുഷ്ടരും പാപകർമ്മം ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കും—യമനാണ്. എന്നാൽ ജിതാത്മാക്കളായ, ആത്മസംയമമുള്ള മനുഷ്യർക്കു ഞാൻ ധർമ്മസ്വരൂപം തന്നെയാണ്.
