ब्रह्मोवाच । ततस्तु मिलिताः सर्वे विमृश्य च परस्परम् । केचिदूचुस्तदा रामं वयं शिलोंछजीविकाः
brahmovāca | tatastu militāḥ sarve vimṛśya ca parasparam | kecidūcustadā rāmaṃ vayaṃ śiloṃchajīvikāḥ
ബ്രഹ്മാവ് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും ഒന്നിച്ചു കൂടി പരസ്പരം ആലോചിച്ചു. പിന്നെ ചിലർ രാമനോട് പറഞ്ഞു—ഞങ്ങൾ ശിലോഞ്ചവൃത്തിയാൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നു; അത്യൽപ ഉപാധികളാൽ മാത്രം ഉപജീവനം നടത്തുന്നു.
